Fun, friendly outdoor exercise in Aylesbury - whatever the weather! What could be better than exercising with a bunch of like-minded people in the fresh air whilst having a good laugh?

It doesn't matter what your shape, size, age or fitness level, you'll always feel welcome in our sociable, friendly atmosphere. There is always something for everyone and we run all year round, whatever the weather!

Our instructors ALWAYS make it fun and you never know what's coming next - some sessions incorporate weights, tractor tyres, ropes. Others include boxing gloves, slam balls or music - you can't get bored! So if the idea of exercising in a small group appeals and you like the idea of making new friends and of course, improving your fitness(!) then join us for our 10am class!
