Private parties, or even just an informal group of friends, can be catered for from Tuesday to Saturday every week. Options include a half day or even just a few hours shooting with our all the year round BBQ to finish. Whatever your choice, we'll make it a special occasion to remember.

A non refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking. Balance payment to be made one week prior to the event and this final balance payment is non refundable due to cancellation or reduced numbers.

We can arrange a full hospitality programme with an alfresco barbecue. These programmes can be tailored to fit full or half days and can incorporate competitions, prizes or any other specific requirements. Our only aim is your complete satisfaction.

Corporate Facilities The Lodge offers a large adaptable room with underfloor heating, with a separate fully equipped kitchen and full disabled access throughout. Whether you are looking to host a one off or regular meeting or searching for a venue for that special occasion we will be able to help. Outside you will find an enclosed garden area to the front and a separate patio area to the rear with far reaching views across our beautiful 400 acre farm, please note that this Lodge is located a short distance from the shooting ground.

Whether you stay with us for just a morning or a full day we have many catering options available. Here at College Farm our ethos is to use local, seasonal and first class ingredients at all times. All eggs, apple juice, herbs and honey are produced here on the farm. All vegetables are supplied by award winning local growers Bucksum, who are based in Long Crendon, we also have a sensory garden specially designed to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Clays with Archery, Air Rifles Or Crossbows Clay Shooting with either archery, air rifles or crossbows package is for a minimum group of 4 people and is ideal for stag/hen parties, corporate entertainment, birthday parties, or for a group of friends wanting a great day out.

Please note activity choice must be made at time of booking.

Tuition On arrival at College Farm Shooting Ground you will receive a very warm welcome.

At the Shooting Ground there is a very relaxed feeling, ideal for a successful start to your shooting lesson. In particular, we ensure that every one receives a full and thorough grounding in all aspects of gun handling, safety and shooting etiquette as well as coaching geared to their individual pace of learning.

Our qualified instructors and members of The Guild of Shooting Instructors have many years of experience under their belts within clay pigeon shooting and game shooting. The majority of our instructors compete in home and international competitions on a regular basis, so we keep right up to date with all aspects of clay shooting.

With all these years of experience our instructors have developed a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the art of shooting, which they happily pass on to the clients they teach.

We provide clay shooting lessons for total beginners, those who have been shooting before and want to improve their technique or have particular problems with their shooting technique or just want to do a bit of practice under the watchful eye of a shooting instructor.

We can also offer advice on gun fit which is most important for successful shooting.

Rods & Guns Days We have taken the very popular country pursuits of fly fishing and clay shooting and combined them to make a full day of entertainment combining the adrenaline of clay shooting and the relaxation of fly fishing!

Our exclusive fishery lies on the Bucks/Oxon border on private estate lakes, well stocked with Brown and Rainbow Trout, and within easy travelling distance of Birmingham, Oxford, Reading and only 45 mins from central London.

This is a great combination, suitable all levels of experience as well as for people who have never shot or fished before. All equipment and instruction is provided.

The event is suitable for private and corporate groups. For corporate events we can offer excellent conference/meeting facilities onsite.

Fly Fishing Ideal for new or novice fly fishing anglers or someone looking for something different to try. Personal tuition and instruction is our aim to make this an enjoyable experience.
Day or half day on private lakes in Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire.

You will be met near the fishery, given tuition on casting (if needed) then on to the lake to try to catch the brown and rainbow that will test your skills.

Barbel Fishing Guided Barbel fishing days tailor made to your requirements.

You will be met at a convenient place near the fishery.

Tackle bait and appropriate permits and licenses will be provided if required.

Barbel fishing on the river Kennet (Berks), Hampshire (Avon), Upper Severn and River Teme are all available. Offering many different places to fish from fast glides to overgrown sections, fishing deep holes and rapids in natural surroundings.

We aim to offer a day in peaceful surrounding with advice on rigs, baits, location and tactics to help you catch more fish and possibly the fish of a lifetime!

Coarse Fishing Full or half day roving sessions on the river Thame (Oxon). This small interesting river offering many styles of angling.

Brilliant fun with light link ledgering rod with worms or bread. With a good head of Chub to 5lb. Perch to 4lb, also good Roach and Bream, with the odd chance of a Barbel.

Ideal for the mobile angler, young or old to fish many swims in a session.

General Coarse Fishing

Providing an introduction to coarse fishing. Available on local lakes and rivers, offering private tuition including information on rods, reels, baits, rigs and tactics, plus general safety aspects within angling.
